About Attorney Batterman
 Attorney
Batterman has been practicing in the technology law field since 1995. He
has represented a wide range of clients including software developers,
engineers, I.T. consultants, e-commerce providers, manufacturers, state
agencies, non-profits, and many others. He has substantial experience in
the courtroom and has been involved in many technology and business disputes.
Attorney Batterman has practiced in courts throughout Massachusetts as
well as in the Federal District Court and in the First Circuit Court of
Appeals.
Attorney Batterman has lectured extensively to both professionals and fellow members of the bar in several areas of technology law including intellectual property, I.T. development, licensing, software, privacy, contracts, and e-mail. He also served as a guest lecturer at the prestigious Wharton School in Philadelphia from 1999 through 2003, where he lectured graduate and undergraduate students in technology and contract law, and advised them on technology-related ventures. He has also authored several articles on various legal subjects.
Attorney Batterman received his undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania in 1989. He received his Juris Doctor in 1995 from the New England School of Law, where he served as an Editor on the New England Law Review.
Attorney Batterman is a member of both the Massachusetts and Pennsylvania
Bars. He is also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme
Court, the First Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Federal District Court
in Massachusetts.
